I do this with all my promotion actions. I use Microsof company Perspective and a Wallet PC and it's the only way I know I'll keep myself on monitor. If something is on my routine, I cure it like any other conference or consultation and I do it.

For example, every Wed, a little observe bursts up to emphasize me to create my every week newsletter. If that didn't occur I'd either be composing it on Monday's at nighttime, or it wouldn't get done.
